Everloop was born after trying to find a solution to the toothbrush waste epidemic and looking at the different sustainable options on the market.
The innovation is based on how the bristles are exchanged and disposed of. The brush head has a hinge mechanism that allows the user to open and close to replace new sets of bristles.
The toothbrush is made from recycled plastic from discarded toothbrushes and the bristles are made from bamboo. The bristles that are discarded are plastic-free, making them 100% compostable compared to disposable heads on the market that do contain plastic components.
Each toothbrush comes with 8 sets of bristles which, based on the 3-month lifespan of a conventional toothbrush, makes the Everloop's lifespan a minimum of 2 years.
The packaging is made from 100% compostable thermoformed paper pulp.
